WELCOME TO CO-LAB 2013: THINK TOGETHER

AN INVITE-ONLY EXPERIENCE DESIGNED FOR NONPROFIT PROFESSIONALS WHO DESIRE TO BRING
LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE, RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT + COMPELLING COMMUNICATION TO THEIR CRAFT.

March 21-22, 2013 ministry teams and their leaders will convene in Chicago to connect with some of the nation’s most influential Christian thinkers and work alongside them in developing action plans to implement within their own organizations.

Co-Lab, integrates biblical scripture and the fundamentals of business management with a hands-on, action-based approach to executive-level management education. Team members and their leaders will not only receive the inspiration they need to recharge, but also learn the tangible skills needed to excel.

Each participant’s interests, needs and profession are individually assessed by trained professionals for the purpose of placing them in specific training modules uniquely suited to their needs. Participants should also expect an elite peer group of trusted allies, applicable curriculum, hands-on learning, critical thinking and faculty expertise.

Co-Lab 2012 gathered a group of world-class ministry and business leaders for engaging dialogue and thought-provoking presentations. I highly recommend this conference for leaders who want to live and lead with excellence.

GLOBAL CHURCH FORUM

The posture of Western church leaders who convened for the Global: Church Forum (GCF) was one of listening and collaboration.

With 60% of today’s 2 billion Christians residing in the global south, representatives from 98 Christian, nonprofit organizations had a chance to hear from speakers from more than 23 countries—and the messages weren’t  focused on the “west teaching the rest.”

The hands-on, practical approach of the forum sought to uncover points of collaboration that lead to strategic partnerships that are powerful, scalable and sustainable and address the world's the greatest needs.

This unprecedented look at how ministries conduct themselves in different cultures and economies will be further examined in 2013, when the Global: Church Forum is hosted by Kasr El Dobara Church in Egypt.

GCF partners included Compassion International, Crossway Publishers, The Global Executive Leadership Forum, CreatePossible, re:source global and Christianity Today, which hosted a livestream of forum sessions.
