An organization boasting 100+ years in community, re-launches user experience

Chicago Principals and Administrators Association has protected Chicago’s principals and represented their voices since 1899. Due to the organization’s longevity, they’ve navigated many administration and policy shifts. Their latest challenge is adapting to significant turnover of principals, thus Brand/Be partnered with CPAA to re-launch their brand experience, allowing each and every principal the opportunity to interact with the brand through multiple, compelling channels.

With a need for more digital correspondence with Chicago administrators, Brand/Be helped CPAA streamline their services with a technological approach and increased CPAA’s opportunity to engage with an increasingly younger demographic while also providing the support principals and administrators need. To create awareness of the newly available services, Brand/Be also assisted CPAA in developing a welcome campaign for the 2013-2014 school year that provided each administrator with financial resources for their school’s needs.
